Spinning Division [ISO 9001 (2000)]:
Established in the year 1989. Bannari Amman Spinning Mills & Shiva Texyarn Ltd are the Textile companies under the Bannari Amman Group. Today we have a combined capacity in excess of 220000 spindles of cotton yarn spinning capacity, making us one of the largest players in our field in the country. We produce approximately 75 tones of cotton yarn a day and our product is recognized to be one among the premium brands for cotton yarn today.
Weaving Division:
Our weaving plants consists of customized Sulzer projectile looms specializing in making both extra fine fabric for luxury markets as well as long batch length fabrics for the Technical Textile Industry. Our fabrics find a number of uses, from premier bed linen and interior decorative to all forms of garments.
Lamination division:
We have the first installation of Moisture Cured PUR lamination technology in India. The machinery is state of the art, from UK. Bannari uses the best of technology and raw materials in the world, laminating a range of textile substrates for a wide variety of applications.
One of our main operations is the production of waterproof, breathable mattress protectors in a range of fabrics. The fabric is also useful for performance sports and military application.
Flocking division:
We are one of the largest Flock Fabric manufacturers in India catering to domestic as well as export markets. We have state of the art Flock Fabric manufacturing plant from M/S Web Processing UK, capable of producing a wide range of high quality Flock Fabrics using different base fabrics and flock powders. Our facilities include latest Flat Bed Printing machine, which can manufacture Flock Fabrics with direct as well as discharge prints of up to 8 colors along with an in-house Flock dyeing and cutting facilities. Our total production capacity is 4.0 lac mtrs per month capable of manufacturing Flock Fabrics for Upholstery, Home Furnishing, Garments and many more applications. It is the only plant in India with working width of 2 mtrs.

- Sparkle:
It is high quality, high shine product with Discharge print with lay high piles. It comes in beautiful 4-7 color designs & nice and attractive color combination.
- Heaven:
It is medium quality discharge print plain fabric with nice design & color combinations.
- Altis / Jazz:
Same as heaven but produced on self-designed base fabric
- Jaguar:
It plain and high pile Flock with very soft feel surface and used as furnishing fabric. It comes in 15 colors, which are fast moving in markets.
- Millennium:
Millennium is very good Flock on flock fabric and it has a very soft touch surface with 90% double flocked coverage and mostly using as a furnishing fabric for Sofa cover. We have many design & color combination in this quality.
- Super Glider/Melbourne:
Super Glider/Melborne is a very good flock fabric with single color Acid print on Glossy quality.
- Glossy:
Glossy is self-design air embossed design fabric and for upholstery fabric. It is economic range product & widly accepted by furniture manufactures.
- New product:
Multi color Acid print fabric will be launched in April 2010 with nice colors & designs.
- Also doing job work on contract basis for fabric, which are being used for Garments and curtains.
Coating & Industrial Textiles : First plant in India for manufacturing water base coated fabric with working with of 2.5 mtrs, which will be commencing by April 2010.
