Plan, manage and implement both below - the - line and above - the - line marketing strategies and programs to align with the companys business objectives.
Formulate and execute promotional initiatives and events to strengthen the marketing presence of the company in HK, Macau and PRC markets.
Work closely with other internal functions and brands for appropriate planning and coordination of marketing campaigns and materials.
Handle customer complaints and public affairs in enhancing the standard of quality services delivered.
Develop and execute CRM strategies & programs.
Establish, manage and control the annual marketing budget.

Degree holder or above in Marketing / Communications or other related discipline.
Must have 7 years experience in marketing, preferably in retail industry.
Experience in luxury product industry is an advantage.
Strong creativity, leadership, inter - personal and coordination skills.
Excellent of written and verbal English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Traveling to PRC is required.
