To monitor all of the merchandising of all brands in all divisions across all regions.
To analyze strategic business data with regards to stock, intake pricing and margin management.
To perform strategic financial analysis.
To standardize the monitoring of all promotional activities.
To maintain overall control over mark - down business activity.
To review performance of the brand objectives & standards.
To share best practices & ensure that they are rolled out in all businesses.
To liaise with Vice Presidents, Business Directors and Senior Merchandise Managers, reporting directly to the COO.

Have 10 to 15 years of experience in fashion retail (including a minimum of 5 years in management / directorship positions).
Proven successful track record as Senior Merchandising Manager or Merchandise Director in leading "Blue Chip" international fashion retail chains (a must for the role).
Positive reference feed backs from past direct line managers will be expected.
Expert in Microsoft Excel and business / finance analysis.
Commercially astute & profit driven.
Very strong fashion retail knowledge & practice.
Excellent communicator.
Good communication skill.
