Develop patterns to customer specifications which are accurate in terms of garment construction, fit and balance.
Fitting of sample garments and ensuring any alterations required are completed.
Retain a flexible attitude to changes in daily work flow.
Be proactive and use foresight in recognizing problems.

Minimum 5 years experience in ready to wear pattern making.
Must possess strong background in Swim and Lesuire wear.
You should be familiar with CAD Gerber technology, plus knowledge of pattern grading.
Prior pattern making experience highly preferred.
Good communication and organizational skill.
Creative and detail oriented.
Superior technical skills and a flexible attitude are required to work in this busy but supportive environment.
