The Candidates Responsibility : |
| |
Day to day management of local and off shore production.
Planning, scheduling,production and on time delivery of 4 collections a year.
Communication with factories and suppliers.
Communication with team on deliverables.
Quality Control management.
Raw Material / Bulk Fabric Purchasing.
Raising Purchase Orders + Invoicing.
Factory + Supplier Sourcing.
Continued evaluation of all production processes and development of initiatives for improvement.
Reporting on fulfillment rates and measurable.

The Candidates Eligibility : |
| |
Should have minimum 2 to 6 years previous work experience in the same field.
You have prior experience in a similar role with local and off shore production.
Pattern making, garment construction and QC knowledge are also essential.
Able to coordinate Production, Planning and Control activities.
Able to work under extreme pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
