Lead customer thinking on sub brands and key seasonal events by becoming the expert in market insights, customer trends, insights and competitor strategies.
Communicate all customer insight to wider Clothing team.
Manage the lifetime value of clothing brands through the ownership and evolution of the brand propositions and rule - sets.
Define and embed brand standards across packaging and the overall product development brief.
Lead and deliver required marketing collateral across all communication streams; production of photography, look books etc.
Generate fact - based business proposals, within the commercial planning timetable, which deliver plans to hit 3 year sales targets, and gain Trading or Customer Board approval.
Coach and develop direct reports.

Relevant commercial or marketing experience (retail or brand marketing, trade marketing).
All marketing experience must be within retail.
Experience of creating customer led propositions.
Proven track record of success in leadership and delivery to market of customer led propositions.
Experience of leading complex cross - functional projects.
Experience of product development process.
Understanding of customer research tools.
Excellent impact and influencing skills at all levels.
Commercially astute with strong analytical skills, and experience of translating complex data sources into actionable plans.
