KBC make Chamber Dryer consisting of: Machine consists of mild steel chamber enclosed with necessary insulating walls consisting of double metal clad panels with thick intermediate insulating layers for reducing heat losses. The outside panel is of mild steel. The machine is divided into two sections, one section for loading of the material to be dried and the other section for steam heating radiators. The material to be dried is to be loaded on the trolley and put in the drying section as under: For drying Loose Fibre Suitable Tray with Trolley will be provided. For yarn in hank aluminium pipes are supplied. Trolley is so designed that pipes can be arranged on it. Hanks are loaded on pipes on trolley, which is put in the drying section. For drying cones or cheeses wound on metallic tubes or loose materials of muffs, Hanger Trolley will be provided. For loading and unloading of the chamber iron trolleys will be supplied and these trolleys are so designed that the fully loaded trolleys can be pushed inside the chamber. For guiding trolley inside the chamber, rails are provided at the bottom of the chamber. High efficiency steam heated radiators of the required capacity having gilled pipes are provided and the radiators are hydraulically tested so that they can be safely used for a working steam pressure of about 100 lbs.  Per sq. inch . Our delivery does not include steam valves and steam traps. For the purpose of circulating hot air, air circulating fans with the required ducting are provided on the top of the chamber. The fan sucks air from the material drying section and delivers it to the heating section so that the air after passing over the radiators and getting sufficiently hot will again pass through the material drying section. An outlet arrangement with a butterfly valve is also provided in the air circulating arrangement so that part of the moist air coming out of the chamber can be delivered to the atmosphere. Our delivery does not include any ducting arrangement for discharging the air outside the machine. The butterfly valve can be conveniently operated by a hand lever. Air circulating fans are driven by suitable electric motor ( As per capacity ) each and our delivery includes the necessary ele. Motor. A thermometer is provided for indicating the temperature inside the chamber. Machine is available up to 500 Kgs./ Batch.

Simple and easy operation of Exposing Machine guarantees an extremely perfect exposure.

One end of the robust frame contains drive motor, clutch & electronic controls. The motor drives a ground shaft carrying the inflatable tube and rotary screen. The opposite end of the shaft is supported by a special bearing which can be lowered and hinged back.

Removable pneumatic inflatable tube on the driving shaft stabilizes the screen during operation. Two centering rings position the screen. The machine can transfer repeat height and full printing width and with the help of ruling device transfer repeat height and apart of printing width. Ruling device consist of trolley which is mounted on bearings carries a marking point. By means of a repeat stoppers, ruling and marking device identical marking can be reproduced exactly on any number of screens. The light source comprises of U.V. cold light fluorescent tube in dome arrangement. The tube attain their full power immediately after switching on with comparatively minimum heat radiation.

This machine is precisely suitable for twist setting of synthetic yarn or blend with cotton and wool in form of cones, cheeses or hanks for which different types of inside trucks with baskets or creels are required to be acquired. The machine will be provided with complete automatic and manual control. It is provided with pneumatic and solenoid valves.

1. M. S. CONTAINER
Sturdy horizontal cylindrical vessel having dish end at the back fabricated from M.S. Plate. Inside of the container will be painted by heat resisting paint. A false top of S.S. which prevents dripping of condensate.

Two M.S. Rails near the bottom for easy motion of the basket/carrier.
   - A crown door of sturdy type which is held tight to the container by Mechanical/Pneumatic Lock.
   - The container will be supported on four legs, which will be mounted on masonry foundation to be provided by the clients.

2. LOADING EQUIPMENT
M.S. Truck and S.S. Basket or M.S. Carrier to carry the material into the container. Basket/Carrier will have wheels for easy motion. The supply includes basket or carrier. Please specify your choice.

3. HEATING DEVICE
One indirect heating coil and one perforated pipe for direct injection of steam. Pipe connection from the entry point with steam trap, steam strainer and non return valve shall be provided.

4. VACUUM PUMP
One water sealed ring type vacuum pump having suitable suction with electric motor complete with base plate.

5. CONTROL PANEL
KB Autoclave is equipped with electric and pneumatic control. With the help of time schedule controller for temp/pressure cycle, pneumatically operated diaphragm valves, efficient vacuum pump, indirect heating coil, finest steam setting of yarn is achieved.
Control for any single and repeat cycle arrangement is provided.

Provision for manual control is also made. Control panel board will be fabricated from CRC M.S. Sheets and will be painted. Air compressor not included in the supply.

OPERATION CYCLE

Setting is carried out by cycle of operation such as:-

b. Steaming resulting into high pressure (set value) and maintaining the same as per the time schedule set on timer.

KBC make Hank Dyeing Machine ( Cabinet Type ) consisting of:

• One No. Hank Dyeing Machine (Cabinet Type) capacity with a set of trolley with sticks.
• KBC Hank Dyeing machine works under static pressure and high temperature. The liquor ratio approx. 1:15. The machine is fabricated from 304Q / 316Q stainless steel. The machine is equipped with main cabinet, preparation tank, coil type Heat Exchanger, Quick Drain Valve, an arrangement of closing doors. Digital Temp. Indicator and Controller will be provided.
• For perfect distribution of dye liquor a suitable turbo propeller fitted on S.S. Shaft with suitable bearings and bearing housing is provided. For driving the propeller a suitable TEFC electric motor with V-pulley and belt will be provided.
