Bharti Creations, which specialises in DTF printing services, unveiled its latest DTF (Direct to Film) printing technology, designed to cater to the evolving needs of the garment industry, at the recently concluded Garment Technology Expo (GTE) 2024 in Bangalore.

Speaking to Fibre2Fashion, Shital Sonawane, Branch Manager at Bharti Creations, highlighted the benefits of this innovative technology.  The new DTF printing machine, showcased at GTE 2024, offers cutting-edge solutions for printing on dark garments, particularly cotton. “This is one of the most advanced printing technologies currently available, designed to produce high-quality prints on a variety of fabrics,” Sonawane explained.

Cost-effective and time-saving solutions

One of the standout features of Bharti Creations’ DTF machines is their ability to reduce production costs. “Our DTF machines offer a low-cost investment for manufacturers, while ensuring high production output,” said Sonawane. The company also provides top-quality DTF rolls, which help improve print quality and reduce raw material costs, further enhancing cost-efficiency.

Adapting to industry trends

With the garment industry leaning towards more affordable and efficient technologies, Bharti Creations has positioned its DTF printing technology as a solution for businesses looking to optimise their production processes. “For as little as ₹5 lakh to ₹10 lakh, manufacturers can get started with this advanced technology, making it highly accessible,” Sonawane noted.

Feedback from GTE 2024

Terming the response at GTE to be encouraging, Sonawane reported positive feedback from attendees, particularly from students and professionals eager to learn about the new technology.

Addressing industry challenges

Bharti Creations has been working to tackle challenges in the garment industry, particularly those related to adopting new technologies. Having refined its DTF printing technology over the past few years, the company is well-equipped to help manufacturers overcome these challenges.
