Pioneered by Mr Jivanlal Chhaganlal Mehta along with his son Mr Paresh Mehta, the company began its initial days by trading yarn under the name of ‘Nirmal Group’. Later it shifted over to their new brand name, Paras Synthetics India Pvt. Ltd. They then took step forward and forayed into fabric trading, slowly emerging as a fabric manufacturer.

Paras Synthetics India Pvt. Ltd has its own fabric design capabilities, which gives it a competitive advantage. The company’s in-house designing team develops new designs as per customer needs. This coupled with skilled laborers and latest machinery ensures best quality fabrics for its clients at competitive prices, affordable to them.

Paras Synthetics India Pvt. Ltd uses its 40 year knowledge and experience in the field of woven fabrics. It has capability of manufacturing and supplying greige, finished and embroidery fabrics, as per customer requirements. The fabric range includes Cotton, Viscose, Rayon, Poly Viscose, Poly-Cot, Blended and many more, available in Twill, Plain, Satin and Oxford weaves. The company’s expertise lies in customized dobby and jacquard weaving. The specification of length, colour, pattern, packaging and other details are produced as per client requirements.

The fabrics manufactured at Paras Synthetics India Pvt. Ltd are used in to make dresses, kaftans, sarees, shirting, and other garments.
With consistent growth the company started a range of FInished fabrics in the Brand Name OliveFab. These are all unique fabrics made by inhouse research
