We are a Portuguese Textile Company founded in 1986, specialized in different sorts of Knitwear, and outerwear for Women, Men and Children.
We have started to engage intentionally in products with added value (our focus is on sophisticated materials, high quality knits, complemented with different and unique accessories), maintaining a style of product that still remains the basis of Tictel´s product.
Our success happens due to a high demand for these types of pieces which we can supply with quality products, very short delivery times and competitive prices.
Up to date with fashion trends, the commercial department always researches markets to anticipate the needs of its customers. The fulfillment of the delivery stated periods, the competitiveness of prices and the product quality are necessary conditions for the loyalty of our clients.
Tictel owns an automatic cut with a capacity of 50 000 parts cut daily, this value being able to vary depending on the complexity of the model; and also a manual cut where the parts that require a more delicate touch are cut. The manufacture of products is made fifty percent indoors and the other percentage through outsourcing this service. The quality control and packing is done internally with the following procedures: pressing, ironing and wrapping. The production of samples is also managed internally through our own equipment: a wide range of sewing machines that allows to have a very good quality finished garment having an average production of one thousand samples per week. The modeling section functions in perfect harmony with the planning department, which liaises directly with the clients in order to acknowledge as much information as possible about the requested garment.
