Euromiss Sourcing a Buying House is majorly a service provider to the foreign based Buyer/ clients. We are working with some of the reputed buyers/clients in U.S & Europe. We act as there agents in India & provide them the services. We have a strong vendor base. We are working with some of the biggest Export houses in various part of India & have a strong control over them. We work very closely with the suppliers on costing, we ask for the cost break ups and counter source for its authenticity.

Sampling
1. Collecting customer’s requirement of fabric and style.
2. Identifying and selection of appropriate source.
3. Preliminary screening by inspection and testing.
4. Forwarding samples to the customers and receiving feedback.
Pricing
1. Receiving and verifying the quotations of suppliers by studying their suitability both in terms of quality and capacity to meet contractual requirements.
2. Negotiation and finalization of price.
Order Progress Process
On receipt of orders based on above, discussing with suppliers on process planning, preparation of critical path by highlighting critical stages involved.
Weekly Progress Report
Meeting with Merchandiser, Quality Controller and Logistic staff will be held every Saturday and status will be e-mailed to customers on every Monday. This will enable all the customers to verify their order progress.
Sample Trajectory
Different types of samples like prototype, pre-production, photo sample etc will be strictly followed up.
Quality Assurance
1. Testing over all basic parameters for each dye lot of the fabric.
2. Arranging and carry out fabric, size set, in-line and final inspection.
