Description : The kapok support cushion is another of our simple cushions that can be used alone for meditation or in conjunction with any of our other meditation cushions to provide extra lift or support. This cushion can also be used for yoga practice or as a prop for stretching, raising the legs, or to support any area of the body during meditation or bodywork sessions. The cushion is light in weight and the kapok( a dense cotton-like material ) is lightly stuffed in the cushion to make it softer than our other kapok cushions. The Support cushion is covered in durable cotton fabric and has a single large stitch in the middle to keep the kapok filling in place. Placing the cushion under the knees helps relieve pressure on the knee joint during meditation. This cushion is lightly filled. It is not recommended for use by itself as a sitting cushion as it will flatten to about 1 inch in height.
