Abstract:
In garment industry a lot of dirt, dust and oils are accumulating on garments in the various units and departments. It is essential to ensure continues supply of garments, which well washed so that process can be carried out easily and efficiently. This technology which is used to modify the appearance, outlook comfortability, softness and fashion of the garment is called as garment washing.
Unless any product is characterized by the value addition it is impossible to survive in this highly competitive world market. Processing is an important to make a usable but finishing gives value addition to the garments. Finishing makes garment attractive, comfortable and finishing can incorporate desirable properties of the garments. Much of the appeal of dry denim lies in the fact that with time fabric will fade in a manner similar to that which artificially distressed denim attempts to replicate. With dry denim however such fading is affected by the body of the person who wears jeans and the activities of their daily life. This creates what many fell to be more natural, unique look than pre distressed denim.
