Anton Schumann: Berlin, Partner/Senior Consultant, Gherzi van Delden GmbH, Textile Entrepreneur. Anton Schumann has been working in the global textile industry for more than 16 years since studying textile technology in Reutlingen. Not only as a consultant but also as an entrepreneur in various stages of the value chain in the textile industry, he has experience in an industry that is rapidly changing due to advancing globalisation and the trends of digitalisation and sustainability. His own entrepreneurial activities have given him the expertise and experience that he shares in his consulting work on worldwide projects within the Gherzi organisation. He supports associations, organisations, and companies in the global textile industry in the areas of product development, supply chain management, sustainability, TechTex, digitalisation, and strategic business model development. In 2017 he founded the www.sustainable-textile-school.com together with the Technical University of Chemnitz.
