Aditi Murarka Agrawal is the Co-founder at Nestasia, a homegrown artisanal home décor brand. She launched Nestasia three years ago and has been actively engaged with local artisans and the design community to build contemporary product lines across home, travel and fashion accessories.
Aditi holds a degree in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from XLRI and is a Gold Medallist. She has handled a wide range of divisions and multiple management functions in marketing, sales and operations over the years. She has been leading Nestasia from the helm, focusing on innovation, ideation and execution of unique product lines that appeases a wide audience base.
A true visionary, prior to founding Nestasia, Aditi has worked with renowned giants like Zalora (the largest fashion e-commerce retailer in Southeast Asia) in Singapore, and has a stronghold with the customer base and business partners. With an experience of close to a decade in sourcing, production, marketing, design and creatives, and planning and strategy, Aditi has become a well-recognised name and thought leader in her industry. On a more philanthropic note, driven by a passion for supporting entrepreneurship in Northeast India, she conceptualised and successfully led Nestasia in the region. While travelling across Southeast Asia, she got a deep glimpse into the artisanship the region offered. Those trips were her first tryst with handmade craftsmanship. When she returned to India, she realised India’s handicrafts were under-marketed and needed better positioning, particularly those from Northeast India. She wanted to find a way to put handmade and curated wares on people’s tables. And that is how the idea of Nestasia was born.
On a personal level, Aditi is passionate about home interiors and design. In her free time, she likes to travel, and she loves quality content and everything about creating it.
