Aditi Pany

Aditi Pany is the founder and chief executive officer of the Reliance Industries backed Qalara, a cross-border wholesale marketplace based in Bengaluru, with a vision to reimagine the global supply chain to make it convenient, reliable and affordable for artisanal producers and small and medium enterprises to access global markets through a one-stop-shop technology-enabled platform. Early in her career with an international organisation that promotes social entrepreneurship, Pany worked across the rural heartland of India supporting micro entrepreneurship. She observed that income generation at the local level trumps almost everything, aside from basic rights and dignity.
