Dr. Nicola D"Apuzzo holds a Masters Degree (1996) in Mechanical Engineering from the ETH Zurich in the field of Robotics and Biomedical Engineering. He has worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing of ETH Zurich and received his Ph.D. (2003) in the field of human body measurement. He is highly specialized in 3D surface digitization techniques, particularly in applications for human body measurements.

He has to his credit about 40 scientific publications and numerous presentations at international level. Additionally, he participates as member of scientific committee of various international conferences.
