Dr Harshita Chaudhary is the assistant professor at the Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University. She has also worked as a guest lecturer at the International Institute of Fashion Design, Hauz Khas. She has pursued doctorate in 'Sericin based multifunctional finishing of Polyester', in collaboration with Delhi University and IIT, Delhi.
Harshita Chaudhary acquired her M.Sc in Fabric and Apparel Science from the Lady Irwin College. She is a person with a passion for teaching and puts her best efforts in all her attempts. She has handled various positions in the span of her career path such as teaching, training etc. She has worked as a lecturer at the International Institute of Fashion Design and is currently working as Assistant Professor at Institute of Home Economics, Delhi University.
Harshita has authored research papers, and articles regarding Carbon Footprints of a Garment Manufacturing unit. She has received numerous awards appreciating her academic excellence. Singing, music, reading, and dancing are her favorite hobbies.
