Jerry Gelsomino being the Vice President (Marketing), is responsible for heightening the visibility of Pratt to retailers, brand marketers and designers. He is also leading company endeavors to uncover innovations of in-store communication media which will benefit the retail customer. His experience spans over 35 years and includes executive positions with retailers and several leading international retail design firms.

He has also worked as the Principal of Próspect, a retail marketing consultancy which provides marketing and business strategies to retailers, design firms and manufacturers. Jerry is the International Vice President of the Institute of Store Planners, an active member of the National Association of Store Fixture Manufacturers and has a seat on the Associate Member Advisory Committee of the National Retail Federation.

Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Visual Arts from Southern Illinois University, and will earn a Masters of Science in Management Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in November 2007.
