Jyoti Bhasin acquired her M.Sc. (Home sc.), with specialization in Textiles & Clothing, and is qualified through the UGC NET. With 2 years of teaching experience with JIMS, as a Faculty and Course in charge, she is presently working with the FDDI (Footwear Design & Development Institute), Noida, as a senior faculty.

As a self dependent and hard working person, Jyothibasin shows intense interest in studying about Indian traditional textiles, and it’s blending and merging in modern trends. She has shared her experience and knowledge by authoring numerous books, and papers.
