Michelle Kauffmann Benarush

Michelle holds a MA degree in Fashion and Textile Studies: History, Theory, Museum Practice from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a BA in Product Design from Faculdade da Cidade. She is currently working in creating policies related to archives, collections and storage for the future Fashion Museum in Rio de Janeiro.

She has a strong background researching and interpreting historic clothing and has published articles and given lectures in subjects such as material culture, fashion consumption, corporate archives in fashion houses and fashion Museology.
