Tushar Soliwal is currently serving as an Industrial Engineering (IE) Officer at Pratibha Syntex Indore, where he utilises his passion for innovation to drive successful project completions. His academic background includes a distinguished B-Tech in Fashion Technology from DKTE Society’s Textile & Engineering Institute.

Through internships at various organisations, he has refined his problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, contributing significantly to achievements in the realm of garment production.

As a published author and contributor to textile journals, he remains actively engaged in advancing industry discourse. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is passionate about sports, writing, and travel, which collectively enrich his creative outlook.
