What is the size of the textile printing machinery market globally? At what rate is it growing?
The global textile printing machinery market is expected to grow at a CAGR of around 5.5 per cent from $10,200 in 2022 to $14,000 by 2025.
How would you describe the demand for printing machines in the domestic and international markets post pandemic?
In the post-pandemic year 2022-23, we expect the market for printing machines to grow by approximately 5.3 per cent.
What kinds of printing machines are in demand in the domestic and export markets?
The machines that are currently in demand are automatic screen-printing machines, manual printing machine, fusing/heat transfer machines, multi head label transferring, embossing machine, sublimation transfer machine, and electric dryer conveyor curing machine.
Which are your major markets in India and abroad?
In India, our major markets are Tiruppur, Ludhiana, Kolkata, Mumbai, Indore and Hyderabad, and also states like Rajasthan, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, and Telangana. We also export our machines majorly to clients in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Jordan, Dubai, Qatar, Haiti, Uganda, Egypt and the Gulf region.
Do you believe that India has the China Plus One advantage when it comes to textile machinery?
Yes, India definitely has an advantage.
What kind of after-sales services do you offer?
We offer onsite warranty, online support, consumables support, and onsite service support. We also provide service even after the end of the warranty period.
Do you have an in-house R&D team? What is it currently working on?
Yes, we have our own in-house R&D team. It is updating the designs for making them more user-friendly for the operators based on the feedback from existing customers.
How are you incorporating sustainability into your operations and products?
We continuously provide training to employees for improvement.
What kind of technologies and innovations are you investing in?
We are planning to expand our factory to increase production capacity and are also planning to invest on necessary machineries.
What three top trends you are witnessing globally in textile and apparel printing?
The current trend is for direct printing on jerseys, flags, T-shirts, rexin, leather, jute, cotton bags, tags and labels.
