While artificial intelligence is still in its early stages, we believe that human involvement remains fundamental in the manufacturing process.

We do this through constant, fast, reassuring, and smooth communication with our customers, ensuring they feel confident and well-cared for throughout the process.
Can you elaborate on the range of products NrB Fashion specialises in, and any plans to expand this range?
NrB Fashion specialises in T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers, leggings, and a wide variety of knitted items. We are always aiming to introduce new items, fibres, and customisations, but only after thoroughly establishing and perfecting the full production process for these additions.
What steps are you taking towards sustainability and environmentally friendly practices in your manufacturing processes?
NrB Fashion has been promoting and supporting the latest eco-social responsibilities since 1995. We were among the first to eliminate the use of certain harmful chemicals in our production processes, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.

We ensure that the quality of NrB Fashion’s products meets international standards by maintaining a fully traceable supply-production chain. At every production step, we implement rigorous checks to achieve and uphold the required standards.

Our motto, ‘To Ensure Social Compliance’, is deeply rooted in our commitment to ethical practices. From the very beginning, we prioritised the recruitment of women, viewing this challenge as a significant opportunity. By doing so, we have not only contributed to the transformation of life in Bangladesh but also played a vital role in empowering women within the workforce.

We have integrated advanced automation, IoT, and precision manufacturing technologies to significantly enhance efficiency and product quality in our production process. These technological advancements enable us to maintain high standards and meet the evolving demands of the industry.
How does NrB Fashion manage its supply chain, especially sourcing materials and ensuring timely delivery?
We manage our supply chain by fostering proactive cooperation with raw material suppliers through our yarns purchase department. These suppliers understand the high-quality standards we require, which helps to minimise fabric waste and optimise the production lead time for textiles. This approach ensures timely delivery and efficient supply chain management.
Who are some of your major clients, and which markets do you primarily serve?
As manufacturers, NrB Fashion serves a diverse range of clients, including small, medium, and large importers in fashion, sportswear, promotional, and workwear sectors. While our primary market is Europe, we also cater to clients in America, Australia, and New Zealand.
What is the biggest challenge that NrB Fashion anticipates in the coming years, and how do you plan to address them?
NrB Fashion anticipates that the biggest challenge in the coming years will be maintaining high standards of sustainability. We plan to address these challenges by continually identifying ways to regenerate production waste materials, offering recyclable packaging, adopting environmentally friendly dyes, and minimising the steps involved in the shipping process.
