Description : Our leather dress belt is hand crafted from premium 4.0 mm (10.0 oz.) oil tanned saddle leather. When leather is oil tanned, the leather goes through a process by which it is infused with a special wax mixture that increases the strength and durability while maintaining a light weight. This process also produces leather with a smooth texture with a brilliant luster. The unique center channel is actually cut into the liner, as opposed to the common technique of laying two strips on the top of a thin backing. This technique adds to its distinctive character and further maintains the strength of the belt. Finishing touches include subtle stitching around the edges and a removable matching leather belt loop.
