The machine, positioned at the first of the blow room line, is an automatic bale plucker suitable for plucking cotton of various grades and man-made fiber within 76mm staple length

With an intellectualized carriage, two types of cotton can be precisely plucked separately.

The plucked tufts are sucked into the next machine by air current through a transport duct for further treatment in the next machine.

Main Features:

FA002,A002D and FA003 are both furnished with sawtooth disc rollers

From inside to outside,the toothed discs are divided in three groups from wide to close so that the cotton could be plucked uniformly in smaller tufts

It is favorable for next process to blend and clean
