GUALCHIERI E GUALCHIERI is founded by the Gualchieri Brothers immediately after the dissolution of Gigliotti & Gualchieri, with the will to continue the ultra decennial business developed in the field of textile machinery manufacturing.

The productive activity continues in the same building located in Prato, at Via delle Fonti, and keeps relying on the experience of all the staff who were already working in the previous company, assuring all the customers in possession of Gigliotti & Gualchieri machines uninterrupted technical assistance and spare parts supply, keeping the quality standard unchanged.

The complete production process is carried out inside the company: the technical department deals with the design of our machinery and its constant updating which is necessary due to the continuously evolving market demands.

The production programme includes a wide range of first quality Chenille Machines and Fancy Yarn Machines to suit all customers needs. All the machinery is fully made in Italy with first quality materials.

The utmost importance has always been given to the quality, versatility and flexibility of our machinery and to the efficiency of our spare parts service and after sale assistance to assure our customers the best working and production conditions.

The target to produce on the same machine many different yarns that normally require the employment of several machines has been reached with the fancy yarn machine Model FANTAROC-FIL. The machine is also available with independent modules (MODULAR FANTAROC-FIL) to produce small lots of different yarns.

For the production of Chenille Yarn we keep manufacturing both the electromechanical model ACTA with pulleys and the electronic model EPT with centralized drive and trasmission by tangential belt which allows a high saving on energy costs. With this machine it is also possible to produce slub chenille besides classic chenille yarn.
