Overview of Turkiye’s Textiles and Apparel Industry

Turkiye, the country which did not export textiles and apparel (T&A) until the year 1970, today is one of the significant suppliers to the worldwide textile and apparel industry. The country is the seventh largest exporter of textiles and apparel in the world, with exports amounting to $34.86 billion in 2022. It is the third largest exporter in Europe.
