We dexterity which is an admixture of diligence and creativity. Diligence is good, creativity is great but when the two stands alone, nothing outstanding gets achieved. However, the combination of the two results in excellent results. When an organization is peopled by persons who are both creative and industrious, the organization cannot be anonymous; it will be outstanding because dexterity gives an organization distinction.
