Austrian company Montex Maschinenfabrik , which was an independent entity of A Monforts, a Germany based textile machinery manufacturer has now been renamed as Montex Maschinenfabrik, Zweigniederlassung der A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG, Deutschland. With this change in legal form, Montex comes closer to the parent company.
Montex Maschinenfabrik mainly produces textile finishing ranges like stenters, continuous dyeing ranges, compressive shrinkage ranges and special ranges for the coating and treatment of technical textiles. Monforts had earlier in 2015, acquired the production of coating units from Austrian manufacturer, Timatec. These coating units are now also manufactured and preassembled in modules at Montex Maschinenfabrik.
Monforts has planned further investments at Montex Maschinenfabrik, under which the customer centre will be modernised and further expanded in 2017. (AR)
