Bombay Dyeing reappoints J Wadia as MD for 5 yrs

“The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on March 31, 2016, has, subject to approval by the shareholders, reappointed Mr Jehangir N Wadia as the Managing Director,” the filing said.

J Wadia, a member of the Wadia family – the promoters of the Wadia Group, is an alumnus of Warwick University, England.

He completed his schooling from Lawrence School, Sanawar and graduation from England.

In addition to his role as the MD of Bombay Dyeing, he is also the MD of Goair, an airline group managed by the Wadia Group. (MCJ)
