HK's Top Form International changes CFO & company secretary

The board also announced that Pang Kin Wah has been appointed as the CFO of the company with effect from July 1, 2023. Wah, aged 50, is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and he has earned the professional designation of Certified Internal Auditors (CIA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors. Wah has extensive experience in areas of financial reporting, internal control, auditing and financial management. Before joining the Group, he held senior positions in various companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Wah holds a master’s degree of business and administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and bachelor’s degree of Arts in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

The board further announced that Yim Wing Sze has been appointed as the company secretary of the company with effect from July 1, 2023. Sze joined the group in March 2018 and is responsible for the company secretarial and corporate governance matters. Sze holds a bachelor’s degree of business and administration from City University of Hong Kong. Sze is an associate member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute. She is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has over 10 years of experience in the company secretarial field.
