Global specialty retailer American Eagle Outfitters, Inc's Board of Directors has appointed Jay L. Schottenstein Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately, the company said in a press release. Schottenstein will continue in his role as Executive Chairman of the Board. He has served as interim CEO since January of 2014.
