During McCabe’s 4 plus years at Columbia Sportswear, where the e-commerce business tripled, he was responsible for continuous double-digit year-over-year revenue and operating income growth. Under McCabe’s leadership, Columbia Sportswear saw a robust 65 per cent increase in active loyalty memberships. In addition, McCabe improved revenue generated by customer care as well as call abandonment rates through chatbot integration, True Religion said in a media release.
