Burberry Group plc (the "Company") has announced that Debra L Lee, Independent Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company of her intention to retire from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting in July 2024 in order to concentrate on her personal media interests in the US where she is based.Ms Lee joined the Board on 1 October 2019 and serves on the Audit and Nomination Committees.
Debra L. Lee is set to retire from Burberry's Board in July 2024 to focus on her US media interests.
Since joining in October 2019, she has contributed to the Audit and Nomination Committees.
Gerry Murphy, the Chair, thanked Lee for her service and wished her well in her future endeavours.
Lee expressed pride in her tenure and wished Burberry continued success.
