Egypt witnessed a 10 per cent rise in exports of readymade garments (RMG) during the first seven months of 2018 to hit $907 million compared with $824 million in the same period last year. The Readymade Garments Export Council of Egypt is optimistic about scaling up exports by 15 per cent to around $1.7 billion by the year end, the council announced recently.
