Digitisation is one of the key priorities of PDS to enable innovation, efficiency, and the creation of multi-channel business opportunities both horizontally and vertically. Hence, PDS has encompassed the word ‘Digital’ in the new logo. The company also has recently revamped its website to showcase its new and contemporary approach.
While PDS now has five new directors on its Board, it will continue to gain from the immense expertise of Deepak Seth as non-executive chairman and Pallak Seth as non-executive vice-chairman, who will continue to serve the PDS Board, the release said.
