Chan, with over 20 years of experience in financial and operational leadership, has worked in various roles including CFO of the LA Clippers. His background includes experience in both Fortune 500 companies and startups. Before his role at the LA Clippers, Chan was the COO at The Bouqs Company and earlier, the CFO at Loot Crate.
Thompson, with her extensive 25 years of experience, has been instrumental in driving cultural change in various high-profile companies and brands. Her previous roles include chief people officer at Mattel. She has garnered recognition from notable organisations such as Forbes and the Great Place to Work Institute. Thompson succeeds Sheila Peters as chief people officer at Gap Inc, following Peters' tenure since 2020.
