Vietnam largest metropolis Ho Chi Minh (HCM) City is apparently staring at a labour shortage problem and further disruption to manufacturing as tens of thousands of migrant workers left the city over the last weekend with the country announcing easing of a months-long COVID-19 lockdown. The country’s economy witnessed a record gross domestic product slump in the third quarter.
