Z&Z Lingerie to invest $25 mn in Chittagong EPZ

Bangladesh’s Z&Z Lingerie Limited will set up an intimate garments manufacturing factory in Chittagong Export Processing Zone with an investment of $25 million. It recently signed a deal with the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) to this effect. The company will annually produce 43 million pieces of lingerie like bra, panty and leggings.

BEPZA member (investment promotion) Mohammad Mahmudul Hossain Khan and Z&Z Lingerie managing director Sharif Zahir signed the agreement in Dhaka, according to Bangla media reports.

The company has five more factories in other export processing zones.
