Azelis expands SI Group agreement to France, Benelux & EMEA

Azelis expands its distribution agreement with SI Group to cover France, the Benelux, all of Europe, and much of the Middle East and Africa.
This partnership allows Azelis to offer a broad range of chemical products, including sustainable antioxidants, while leveraging its expertise in innovative formulations and solutions for the Lubricants & Metal Working Fluids market.

Azelis, a leading innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, is pleased to announce a new distribution agreement with SI Group, a leading global developer and manufacturer of performance additives, process solutions, pharmaceuticals, and chemical intermediates. Effective immediately, with the addition of France and the Benelux, the agreement now extends its distribution area to all of Europe and most countries of the Middle East and Africa.

Through this mandate, Azelis can offer its customers a wide range of chemical products, including more sustainable antioxidants approved by the NSF (National Sanitation Foundation). With an extensive portfolio in its Lubricants & Metal Working Fluids market segment, Azelis uses its lateral value chain to provide new formulations by combining some products from SI Group with others from blue-chip principals, creating a unique, innovative, and sustainable offering. In line with Azelis’ sustainability strategy, cleaner formulations also open the way for diverse solutions that may involve secondary food contact applications, in the form of greases and lubricants permitted by food industry standards.

The successful partnership between SI Group and Azelis, initiated in 2021 in the EMEA region, builds on a proven sales track record and excellent business relationships. Azelis’ Lubricants & Metal Working Fluids dedicated laboratory, based in Milan (Italy), also strongly supports SI Group and provided qualitative technical results.
