Japanese clothing brand United Arrows Ltd has recorded a total sales figure of 32,155 million yen (approximately $226.22 million) in the first quarter of fiscal 2023 (Q1 FY23), ended June 30, 2023, marking an 8.4 per cent year-on-year (YoY) increase from the 29,664 million yen reported in the same period of the previous year.The operating profit of the company saw a surge of 35 per cent, tallying up to 2,502 million yen as opposed to the previous year's figure of 1,853 million yen. The ordinary profit also showed substantial growth, registering at 2,766 million yen which is a 32.2 per cent jump from the 2,093 million yen of the prior year, the company said in a press release.
Lastly, the net income attributable to the owners of the parent company went up by a notable 35.9 per cent, standing at 1,798 million yen, in stark contrast to the 1,323 million yen reported in the same period of FY22.
