This year’s event will take place over three days at the Park MGM, which is located in the centre of the Strip and provides a fresh take on the Vegas resort experience. The event will conclude with a ‘Together Again’ gala dinner.
Originally planned to take place in Singapore, the destination for this year’s event was changed due to ongoing COVID restrictions which would have prevented the ICA delivering a high-quality event to the cotton community, ICA said in a press release.
“Securing a destination for this year’s event has been a difficult journey with ever-changing restrictions, so we are delighted to be able to confirm this year’s location as Las Vegas, an accessible and entertaining city for the industry to get together after these turbulent few years. Vegas will allow us to deliver a traditional ICA trade event and gala dinner – which we felt was important for the cotton community, especially as it will be the first time since 2019,” ICA president Alex Hsu, explained.
With plenty of networking opportunities and presentations from leading trade figures, Las Vegas 2022 provides an ideal opportunity for the cotton trade to reunite and engage, to do business and focus on current industry issues.
