Supplier of branded uniform and facility services programs in the United States and Canada, G&K Services said the company's shareholders have approved the proposed merger with Cintas Corporation. Based on preliminary vote results, around 99 per cent of the G&K Services' shares that were voted at the annual meeting were cast in favour of the merger.
