Manufactured production of 219 items in Poland higher YoY in June

In the first half (H1) this year, manufactured production in the country increased for 237 products YoY and decreased for 220 products.

In the apparel, leather and related products sector, manufactured production of unknitted men's jackets and blazers increased by 24.5 per cent YoY; production of footwear rose by 17.1 per cent YoY; and that of panty hose and tights rose by 13.6 per cent YoY in H1 2024.

In the apparel, leather and related products sector, H1 production of unknitted women's suits and ensembles decreased by 62.8 per cent YoY; production of unknitted women's or girls' trousers, overalls and shorts fell by 34.8 per cent YoY; that of unknitted men's shirts dropped by 32.2 per cent YoY; that of unknitted women's overcoats and similar articles by 29.5 per cent YoY; and production of footwear with leather uppers decreased by 17.3 per cent YoY.

Sold production increased for 177 products YoY and decreased for 130 products YoY in H1 2024.

In the apparel, leather and related products sector, sold production of unknitted women's blouses and shirts increased by 47.9 per cent YoY; that of footwear rose by 27.7 per cent YoY; that of knitted or crocheted jerseys, pullovers, cardigans, waistcoats and similar articles increased by 27.3 per cent YoY; that of unknitted men's or boys' jackets and blazers rose by 18.8 per cent YoY; and sold production of panty hose and tights increased by 18 per cent YoY during 2024 first half.

In 2024 first half, sold production of knitted or crocheted women's or girls' overcoats and similar articles decreased by 44.7 per cent YoY; that of unknitted women's trousers, overalls and shorts fell by 40.8 per cent YoY, that of unknitted women's jackets dropped by 26.4 per cent YoY; and sold production of unknitted men's or boys' suits and ensembles decreased by 23.5 per cent YoY.
