Lamoda’s PUPs complement its own courier service and help solve the complexities associated with try-on ‘at the door’. PUPs offer customers convenient times to collect orders and try-on their purchases before paying for them, in comfortable fitting rooms.
About 100 Lamoda PUPs have opened in 51 new cities across the CIS so far this year, while 140 more are scheduled to open before the end of 2021, bringing the total to over 550. Combined with a market-leading delivery accuracy of 96 per cent and convenient 15-minute to 1-hour delivery windows in some cities, Lamoda continues to revolutionise the way customers shop online in CIS, the company said in a media release.
Christoph Barchewitz, Co-CEO of Global Fashion Group said: “GFG’s market-leading proposition is underpinned by localised and fashion-specific solutions. Having pioneered try-on at delivery 10 years ago, Lamoda has continued to evolve this service, which is an important enabler of fashion e-commerce in CIS. With a focus on last mile delivery, Lamoda continues to evolve its customer proposition to ensure its market leading position.”
As consumers continue to shift online, GFG is focused on creating inspiring and seamless customer experiences in line with local market needs – from discovery to delivery, the release said.
