Poshmark, an online resale marketplace for second-hand clothing, recently said it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement relating to the proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The number of shares and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined.

In June last year, Poshmark had unveiled the Home Market, an in-app marketplace to buy, sell and connect around home décor.
