Schoeller textiles, Swiss textile company, has released its new water-repelling schoeller-shape reflex fabric cosmic ‘bling’ in its Schoeller Winter 2018/19 collection. Metallic gloss effects, concealed reflective functions, newly-interpreted retro lacquer and cotton qualities with Ecorepel Bio are among the highlights of the current Schoeller collections.
Classically implemented with a fine white pinstripe interrupting the low-key herringbone, the Schoeller-WB- 400 fabrics are sure to cause a stir. In full-bodied racing red, ultramarine or sophisticated black with matt-sheen effect, the bonded performance fabrics feel extraordinarily comfortable. Daringly combined with super-elastic inserts in the glossy schoeller-spirit lacquer-look interpretations in vibrant colours or gold and silver, they are the embodiment of the modern retro look.Schoeller textiles, Swiss textile company, has released its new water-repelling schoeller-shape reflex fabric cosmic 'bling' in its Schoeller Winter 2018/19 collection. The clean, smooth, matte surfaces of a cotton jacket represent a counterpoint to the gloss and glimmer. The bielastic, light schoeller-WB-400 cotton-polyamide blend in classic camel or navy, is ideally suitable for flowing trench coats and surprises with an eye-catching, richly-contrasting houndstooth reverse in black and white.
One hundred per cent cotton is the material in this robust but very soft schoeller-shape fabric with a canvas look in burnt henna, ultramarine or ermine brown. To ensure water repellence, these qualities are also finished with the new fluorocarbon-free Ecorepel Bio technology based on renewable raw materials. (GK)
