This time, Tintex collection has used at least 60 per cent of more sustainable materials, such as Tencel, organic cotton, naturally organic linen, Ecotec by Marchi & Fildi the smart cotton, recycled and recovered smart materials including polyesters, nylons and now a new recycled stretch elastane too. In keeping with its ethos of creating low impact fabrics, the major part of the collection eschews the use of animal based fibres, with the limited exception of some organic wool, silk and cashmere blend qualities.
This innovative collection crosses boundaries and assortments with hybrid technologies using engineered nature-tech blends and unique, patented formaldehyde free performance coatings to deliver poetic, futuristic and dynamic effects. (RR)
