The office has been designed with the Group DNA in mind and each conference room, quiet space and open plan area encourages collaboration, communication, productivity and imagination, said the company in a press release.
“We took great consideration in designing each space throughout the new office,” said Mark Pan, US country manager of Cotton On Group. “We wanted the space to reflect the values and culture of the Group and create a productive, collaborative environment which inspires our team.”
The opening of the headquarters was kicked off with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by a team breakfast. Additionally, a ‘housewarming’ celebration took place with team members, partners and their families.
Highlights of the space include a large concept kitchen area called The Common, a nod to the café based at the global headquarters in Geelong, Australia; a 20-seat boardroom and US-themed meeting rooms; changing rooms and showers to encourage physical activity throughout the day (there is a gym next door); and quiet spaces designed to allow team members to sit, reflect and relax.
